Rasa Floors, LP in the Dallas area is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a defined territory in the multifamily flooring market. You will prospect, develop new business, visit properties, and present customized flooring proposals to property managers.

This role offers a 12-month ramp with base salary plus commissions, then a 100% commission structure for top performers. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, education reimbursement, and volunteer hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commission-based sales experience with proven track record.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Dallas area.
• Preferred: Outside B2B sales, multifamily/property management, or building materials experience.
