Job summary

Rasa Floors, LP in Austin, Texas, seeks a driven Outside Sales Representative to build and grow a territory within the multifamily housing market. You will have the chance to develop client relationships and manage your own income through a performance-based commission structure.

What You’ll Do

• Build and expand a defined territory within the multifamily housing market.
• Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and industry events.
• Establish strong relationships with property managers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits, gather measurements, and develop customized flooring proposals.
• Present solutions, close new business, and grow recurring revenue.
• Maintain CRM tracking, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long‑term client satisfaction.

• 12‑month ramp‑up period with base salary + commission ($65,000–$75,000) to support you as you build your pipeline. After ramp, transition to a performance‑driven 100% commission structure designed for high earners.
