Job summary

Roofer Next Door is seeking a motivated field sales professional to drive residential roof inspections and close opportunities through direct homeowner outreach.

This role emphasizes commissions based on performance, relationship-building, and persistence. You’ll work outdoors, manage leads in a CRM, and guide homeowners through the insurance claim process toward final agreement.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified roof inspections through homeowner outreach.
• Build relationships with homeowners and identify roofing opportunities.
• Generate additional opportunities through referrals and networking.
• Maintain accurate prospecting records and follow-ups.
• Schedule and conduct residential roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners about roof damage, replacement options, and the insurance claims process.
• Guide homeowners through the sales process from inspection to signed agreement.
• Follow up with homeowners and address questions or concerns.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure a smooth customer experience.
