About the Role

As a Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving ForgeFit’s growth by connecting with gym owners, fitness directors, and training facility managers.

Your mission

• Identify needs, present tailored equipment solutions, and build lasting relationships that power the success of both the client and ForgeFit.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with gyms and fitness centers across the country.
• Build and manage a pipeline of warm and cold leads using CRM tools.
• Deliver consultative product presentations and solutions via phone, video, and email.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of sales experience (B2B or fitness/health‑related a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing sales virtually.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and highly organized.
