Job summary

FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is seeking an Outside Sales Team Member to grow the business by reaching diverse clients across multiple industries. You will develop relationships, provide customized sign solutions, and identify new sales opportunities in a dynamic, ever-changing product line.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, consultative selling, and leveraging CRM tools to close deals, with a compensation structure that rewards performance. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in an outside sales/commission based environment preferred
• Prior B2B consultative sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
• Prior experience in a sign and graphics environment a plus
