FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is hiring an Outside Sales Team Member to join our signage and graphics team in Pooler, GA. You will engage with businesses across industries, uncover needs, and tailor solutions that drive workplace impact.

We offer a competitive hourly compensation of $20.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses, paid time off, and ongoing training. Ideal candidates bring B2B sales experience and CRM proficiency to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in a commission-based environment is preferred.
• Experience in B2B consultative sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
• Prior experience in a sign and graphics environment is a plus.
