ARS-Rescue Rooter Overview seeks Residential Sales Representatives in Illinois to help homeowners find the right comfort solutions. You will meet with homeowners, present HVAC options, and secure in-home appointments leading to installations.

This is a full-time, year-round role with an uncapped commission structure and a take-home vehicle. AR​S provides training, 7,000+ team members, competitive pay, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• In-home sales or one-call-close experience is preferred.
• Residential HVAC knowledge welcomed, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess and quote HVAC needs.
• Present product options, explain installation details, and provide transparent pricing.
• Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home sales appointments with homeowners.
• All appointments are set by ARS based on incoming service calls or inquiries.
• Build relationships, assess customer needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Present options and close sales when appropriate.
