Ideal candidates are principled, professional, self‑driven, and collaborative. A health license or willingness to obtain one is supported, with a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience requested.

Qualifications

• Health license (or willingness to obtain) with full support and reimbursement
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience (sales background a plus, but not required)

Responsibilities

• Present and Guide: Meet professionals in the community through one-on-one and group presentations, introducing supplemental insurance solutions
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop a client portfolio through outreach, consistent follow-up, and value-driven service
• Stay Organized and Engaged: Balance prospecting, client meetings, and reporting, with team check-ins and training
