Erie Home is hiring Sales Representatives to protect homes with expert roofing solutions. You will work with pre-qualified leads, receive paid training, and have control over your income with uncapped commissions and weekly pay. Qualifications

• No prior sales or construction experience required; full training provided.
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; able to travel to in-home appointments.
• Must safely ascend/descend and work from ladders per safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-confirmed appointments and conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Close deals to meet homeowner needs; negotiate terms and pricing.
• Use software for measurements and scheduling to support sales process.
• Start the day with team meeting to strategize and plan.
• Attend appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm; report results.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain accurate records.
