Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking a Plumbing Sales Representative to join our team in the Peoria area. In this role, you will generate sales opportunities for plumbing services, develop customer relationships, diagnose customer needs, and guide them through the service process.

You will be responsible for presenting options, closing sales, and coordinating with the excavation team to ensure seamless service delivery. The position offers a base pay plus uncapped commission, along with a full benefits

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a service-related industry (plumbing, construction, home improvement).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to diagnose issues and propose effective plumbing solutions for customers.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to determine plumbing solutions for customers.

• Close sales by building trust and addressing customer concerns.

Job Description : Roto-Rooter is seeking a motivated and driven Plumbing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating sales opportunities for plumbing services. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, diagnosing customer needs, and providing expert consultation to guide them through the plumbing service process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to determine the best plumbing solutions for customers
• Present plumbing options and offer tailored solutions to meet customers' needs
• Close sales effectively by building trust, communicating clearly, and addressing customer concerns
• Coordinate with the excavation team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project lifecycle
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a service-related industry (plumbing, construction, home improvement, etc.)
