Meier Agency is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to service appointments and acquire new accounts. The role offers a fast track to leadership and the possibility to run your own sales team.

You provide a proven sales record, strong communication, self-motivation, and a positive work ethic. Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain the license is required; bachelor’s degree or 4+ years' experience considered. Full-time with base pay plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Service appointments and acquire new accounts.
• Fast track to leadership and run your own sales team.
• Work in person B2B sales; schedule Monday–Friday, weekends as needed.
