Job summary

Meier Agency is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to service appointments and win new accounts. This role offers a fast track to Team Leader and the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team.

You will work in a business-to-business, in-person setting, with a compensation package including weekly draws, bonuses, and performance incentives. A health and income protection program is included.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).
• Ability to travel and meet with clients to close new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales to service appointments and acquire new accounts.
• Lead fast-track to Team Leader and build a sales team.
• Provide ongoing training support and collaborate with Sales Manager.
