Cintas Corporation is hiring a Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team in Onalaska, WI. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and provide facility services solutions to local businesses as part of a dynamic B2B sales program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to spend majority of week meeting prospective customers in the field.
• Office hours: Monday/Wednesday 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m., plus field activity.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the local territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, close new business, and achieve weekly sales goals.
• Perform in-person sales demonstrations and negotiations.
• Provide excellent service to customers and support the Ready for the Workday program.
