Flotilla Water is expanding our sales team across Broward County, FL, seeking bilingual English/Spanish sales professionals to represent Maytag Water Treatment Systems. We provide leads, training, and support; you focus on closing sales.

This is an in-home sales role with pre-set appointments, ongoing support, and a fast 7–10 day sales cycle. Earn potential ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 annually with uncapped commissions and daily lead streams.

Flotilla Water is expanding our sales team throughout Broward County, FL, and we're seeking experienced bilingual English/Spanish sales professionals to represent Maytag Water Treatment Systems.

We provide the leads, training, and support. You focus on closing sales.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish - required
• Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred
• Backgrounds in solar, HVAC, roofing, windows and doors, water treatment, pest control, remodeling, or home improvement sales are highly encouraged
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills in both languages
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to service assigned territories throughout Broward County
