Job summary

Flotilla Water is seeking experienced bilingual English/Spanish sales professionals to represent Maytag Water Treatment Systems across Broward County, FL. You will conduct in-home demonstrations, educate homeowners on water-treatment options, and close sales with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments provided daily.

The role offers paid training for the first 3 weeks, uncapped commissions, and a fast commission payout cycle.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home water-quality demonstrations throughout Broward County.
• Present Maytag whole-home water-treatment solutions in English and Spanish.
• Educate homeowners, present equipment options, and close sales.
• Manage appointments, customer follow-up, and referrals.
• Develop additional opportunities through self-generated business.
