The Foundation Specialists are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to join our high-performing team in Louisville, KY. You will work with pre-qualified, warm leads and meet homeowners at their homes to propose solutions for foundation, crawlspace, and concrete repairs.

We offer extensive paid training, a 100% commission structure with uncapped earning potential (top performers averaging $150K–$200K per year), plus a benefits package and a home-based/field sales setup.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of outside sales or in-home consultation experience preferred.
• Experience in home inspection, residential sales, or home improvement is a plus.
• Construction knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Must be comfortable entering crawlspaces under homes.
• Strong listening, communication, closing, and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
