Job summary

PURCOR is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in the San Diego area. This role offers uncapped commission, a base plus aggressive incentives, and a company vehicle for territory travel.

You will generate new business, inspect properties, identify pest control needs, and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses. You’ll own the full sales cycle from lead to service start and can upsell additional services to maximize commissions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• 5+ years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and closing skills

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

Requirements

What You’ll Bring
