Job summary

Northwest Exterminating invites an ambitious Outside Sales Professional to join our Georgia team. In this field role you’ll perform interior and exterior inspections, provide quotes, generate leads, and build lasting relationships with local businesses and homeowners.

During training you’ll earn a salary of $3,000 per month, with commission potential after that. We offer a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays, and an industry-leading training

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships with local businesses.
• Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into Northwest customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and skills.
• Maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers based on their needs.
• Sales and Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses.
• Customer Transition: Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal Northwest customers.
• Relationship Building: You’ll build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
