Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to protect businesses, homes, and families while growing a local client base. No exterminating experience is required; training is provided.

A driver’s license and ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days are required, with company-paid licensing support. You’ll work in the field, build relationships, and enjoy comprehensive benefits.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, then offer quotes to potential customers.
• Sales and Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Customer Transition: Communicate value of services and transition prospects into customers.
• Relationship Building: Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ongoing Learning: Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends.
• Safety First: Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Sales and Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses.
• Customer Transition: Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal Northwest customers.
• Relationship Building: You’ll build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills.

What You Need to Succeed:

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
