Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to grow our pest-control business across the Georgia region. You’ll inspect customer needs, provide quotes, and drive new sales through networking and cold calling while building lasting relationships with clients.

You will receive training salary during onboarding and a clear path to commissions, plus a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits. Must hold a valid driver’s license and obtain a pesticide license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• B2B & Field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes for potential customers.
• Sales and lead generation through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Customer transition: convert prospects into Northwest customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend regular training and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset while on the road and operating vehicle.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers based on their needs.
• Sales and Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses.
• Customer Transition: Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal Northwest customers.
• Relationship Building: You’ll build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills.
• Safety First: Always maintain a safety‑first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
