Job summary

Senske Services is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base in Texas, focusing on homeowners and businesses. You’ll meet clients in person, estimate needs, and present Senske programs while building lasting relationships.

This role offers base pay with commission, opportunities for growth, and a benefits package. Travel across the territory is required along with a valid driver’s license and a 21+ hire date.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience, especially in lawn care, horticulture, or pest control is a plus.
• Strong communicator with negotiation and closing skills.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer and mobile skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
• Must be 21+ by hire date and able to meet outdoor/field work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in person to assess property needs and present service options.
• Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and community outreach.
• Provide accurate estimates using property measurements.
• Promote and sell Senske programs, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships, maintain customer satisfaction, and help retain accounts.
• Keep detailed notes and manage your pipeline in our CRM system.
