Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative in Ohio to drive new business for work apparel solutions. You will prospect, develop leads, and close sales in a dynamic B2B environment.

You’ll use CRM systems to identify opportunities, meet weekly quotas, and participate in a comprehensive training program. The role offers base pay plus commissions, a monthly car allowance, and recognition programs to support success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals.
• Achieve quotas and contribute to quarterly and annual targets.
