Cintas is seeking a goal‑oriented Sales Representative to join its Outside Sales team in Akron, Ohio. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads, using CRM to drive new business and meet weekly quotas, while representing Cintas through cold calling, demos, negotiations and closing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and contact management systems (CRM).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within assigned territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business, and meet weekly goals.
• Represent Cintas with cold calls, in-person sales, demos, negotiations and closing.
• Support customers as they get Ready for the Workday.
