MHI Roofing powered by Victors Home Solutions is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in Smithfield/Morgantown. You will meet with homeowners, inspect exteriors, document conditions, and present solutions with financing options. You’ll operate from a company-provided vehicle and handle warm leads daily to drive growth.

No prior roofing or home improvement experience is required. We offer full training, health benefits, a 401(k), and monthly bonuses as part of a comprehensive compensation package.

Responsabilidades

• Run 3 warm, vetted leads provided daily.
• Travel from home to appointments in a company vehicle.
• Meet homeowners and build strong relationships.
• Conduct exterior home inspections and attic access when needed.
• Document findings with photos and 21-Point Roof Inspection.
• Present options, pricing, and financing to homeowners.
• Close the sale and ensure a great customer experience.
