Semper Fi Roofing powered by Victors Home Solutions in Madison, WI seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by meeting with homeowners, inspecting exteriors, and presenting tailored roofing, insulation, window, and siding solutions. You’ll work from home, using a company vehicle, and support from a dedicated team to generate qualified opportunities.

Formación

• Ambition to perform and earn,

• Comfortable presenting and closing sales
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Willing to learn and demonstrate mastery of our sales system
• Clean driving record and able to operate company vehicle
• Able to pass a background check
• No prior sales experience required
• No roofing or home improvement experience required

Responsabilidades

• Run 3 warm, vetted leads provided daily
• Travel directly from home to customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle
• Meet with homeowners and build strong relationships
• Conduct thorough exterior home inspections
• Enter attics when required to evaluate conditions and document findings
• Safely access roofs and complete our 21-Point Roof Inspection
• Take detailed photos and document the condition of the home
• Identify homeowner needs and recommend exterior solutions
• Present project options, pricing, warranties, and financing
• Guide homeowners through the sales process and close the sale
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment through project completion
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
• Participate in ride along appointments and continued coaching
• Consistently work toward and achieve sales goals
