Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to leverage pre-set appointments and grow our Boston territory. Top performers earn $150K+ by selling premium residential concrete floor coatings for garages, basements, patios and exterior concrete.

This role requires a competitive, coachable mindset, with evening and some Saturdays as needed; a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Training classes begin July 27 and August 10.

Qualifications

• Pre-set, qualified appointments provided daily.
• No cold calling or door knocking.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential concrete floor coatings to homeowners in the Boston territory using pre-set appointments.
• Close deals and schedule installations, leveraging fast production timelines to accelerate commissions.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership development and meet or exceed sales targets.
