Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager with Company Car to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves direct homeowner outreach, presenting pest control solutions, and handling sales documentation while working a full-time outdoor schedule.

The position offers hourly pay plus commission, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training is provided to successful candidates who are customer-oriented and motivated to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred– training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners with our built in pest control system to generate sales, including knocking on doors, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• 40 hour work period weekly
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
