Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense in Phoenix is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate sales from homeowners using our built-in pest control system. Expect door knocking and follow-up calls, with a focus on building long-term homeowner relationships and clearly explaining benefits and pricing.

This full-time role offers $60K-$80K annually with uncapped commissions, plus a company vehicle, gas card, company phone and iPad, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred– training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners with our built in pest control system to generate sales, including knocking on doors, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• 40 hour work period weekly
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
