Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Ohio is seeking a Sales Professional to develop relationships with referral sources and generate high-value clients for home care services. This outside sales role requires daily face-to-face visits, strategic plan execution, and a track record of new business development.

Candidates should have strong communication, presentation skills, and CRM proficiency; a bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role in-home care, healthcare, or related senior services preferred.
• Contacts with healthcare providers and referral sources advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet business development goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, facilities, physicians, etc.).
• Complete daily face-to-face sales calls to generate business leads.
• Plan and organize community marketing events to raise visibility and opportunities.
