Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Comfortable with face-to-face sales and proactive outreach.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching.
• Experience using CRM tools preferred.

• Ability to walk, stand, and remain active for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Go Beyond for Our Customers by engaging homeowners and introducing Virginia Green’s lawn care programs.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to understand lawn conditions and homeowner goals.
• Educate customers on tailored solutions that deliver long-term lawn health.
• Set clear expectations and build trust from the first interaction.
• Grow Beyond in Sales Performance by prospecting new customers outside sales.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional services to improve results and satisfaction.
