Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or account manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales revenue by growing current customers, gaining new customers, and making cold calls.
• Assist in establishing and working target accounts (minimum 15 accounts, close at least 1 per month).
• Assist in organizing fleet inspections with account managers for key accounts (monthly or quarterly).
• Promote all Commercial Tire products and services and develop new relationships while maintaining existing ones.
• Use Bandag NRT reporting and toolbox reports to manage accounts.
• Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume, pricing, discounts, and programs.
