Cintas Corporation is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the United States. You will prospect, develop and qualify leads, manage accounts, and close new business leveraging our CRM to meet weekly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outside Sales: prospect, develop and qualify leads in your territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and hit weekly sales goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and drive account growth.
• Represent the company professionally and negotiate terms with customers.
