Cintas Corporation is seeking a driven Sales Representative for Outside Sales in Ontario, CA. You will drive growth by prospecting, closing new business, and meeting weekly quotas while delivering facility services solutions.

This role emphasizes training, hands-on support, and relationship-building with customers. You will participate in a comprehensive Sales Training Program, leverage CRM tools, and enjoy a compensation package that includes a base salary, commissions, and a car allowance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Provide industry-leading products and hands‑on help with the details of their workday.
