Cintas is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Louisville, KY. In a B2B role you will prospect, develop and qualify leads, demonstrate products, negotiate, and close new business using our CRM.

You will receive a base salary plus monthly commissions, a car package, hands‑on training, and ongoing recognition as you achieve weekly and quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS is needed.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year of sales experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize our CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly quotas.
• Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate, and handle objections to secure sales.
