Stark Exterminators is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to drive growth for commercial accounts. You will meet clients on-site, assess needs, and present pest control options with a focus on building rapport and securing new business.

You’ll operate with a company vehicle and a robust benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, paid holidays, and life insurance, while striving to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling services.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective commercial customers and survey, estimate, and counsel on pest control options.
• Perform property inspections to assess pest prevention needs and present solutions.
• Use sales skills to offer solutions and gain new customers while building rapport.
