Job summary

Stark Exterminators is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to service commercial accounts. You will meet new clients, inspect properties, and advise on pest control options while representing a well-established brand with a strong community presence.

You will drive a company vehicle and benefit from a comprehensive package including health coverage, retirement plans, and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling services.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet new clients and pursue prospective business deals daily.
• Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
• Build rapport with potential commercial customers through networking.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform property inspections to assess pest prevention needs.
• Explain benefits of services honestly, clearly, and accurately; promote appropriate solutions.
