Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative in Laurel, MD to drive new business for work apparel solutions, including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and branding services. The role emphasizes building relationships, qualifying leads, and meeting weekly quotas in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities include prospecting within the local territory, leveraging CRM, and applying training from the Cintas Sales Program to negotiate and close deals.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to spend majority of the week meeting prospects in the field within local territory.
• Office presence Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and Fridays 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m., plus field activities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within assigned territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify and close new business while meeting weekly sales goals.
• Deliver weekly, quarterly, and annual performance results.
