Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative in the Baltimore area. You will build relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and provide work apparel solutions including laundry, delivery, and branding services.

You will use CRM to prospect and close new business while meeting weekly quotas. The role offers a competitive base salary with commission and a car package, training, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to spend majority of work week meeting prospective customers in the field, including daily travel within local territory.
• Ability to work from the assigned Cintas office on specified days and hours.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly sales goals and quotas.
