Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Louisiana is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our local business by connecting with facility managers, presenting our products and services, and closing deals. You will leverage training from our Sales Program to perform in-person visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

This role requires regular travel in the assigned territory, strong customer focus, and a drive for quotas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must spend majority of week meeting prospective customers in the field, including daily travel by car in the local territory.
• Office presence as scheduled: 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. on Mon/Wed and 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m. on Fri, plus field activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet sales quotas.
• Present solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate terms.
