Cintas Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative in Lake Charles, LA. You will build solutions for facility services, prospect leads, and use a CRM to close new business, with a base salary and commission potential.

You will travel within your local territory and participate in our training program to advance your career. The role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and the ability to meet weekly and quarterly goals.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to spend majority of the work week in the field with daily travel by car within local territory.
• Office schedule presence: Monday & Wednesday 7:30–12:00, Friday 7:30–10:00; field sales activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads in the assigned territory.
• Use the CRM to identify, prospect, and close new business.
• Meet weekly sales goals and quotas; achieve quarterly and annual targets.
