Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Houston is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to provide work apparel solutions to local businesses. You will prospect, qualify leads and close new business using our CRM and training to achieve weekly and quarterly goals.

You'll receive a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions, a car allowance, and hands-on training with opportunities for career growth and recognition through awards and events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to spend the majority of the work week meeting prospective customers in the field, including daily travel by car within the assigned local territory
• Ability to work from the assigned Cintas office on Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:0 a.m., in addition to field sales activities
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within territory
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business
• Consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas
• Provide work apparel solutions including laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding
