Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative for the Bakersfield area to drive outside sales of work apparel solutions. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new business, using a CRM to hit weekly goals and quotas.

The role includes weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding services to customers across industries. This B2B sales position offers a base salary, commission structure, and a car allowance package, with strong training, recognition, and clear career

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Field sales requires daily travel within local territory.
• Office schedule includes Monday & Wednesday 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly sales goals.
• Sell and support work apparel solutions including laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding.

Education

High School diploma or GED

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Tools

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
