Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative in Gilroy, CA. In this B2B role, you will prospect, develop and qualify leads, then close new business using our CRM and proven training.

You’ll drive weekly sales goals while representing our workwear, laundry, delivery, repair and branding services to a diverse client base. You will receive a competitive base salary plus commission and a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
• Utilize the CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Build relationships with customers through in-person meetings and product demonstrations.
• Communicate value of Cintas apparel services including weekly laundry, delivery, repair and branding to customers.
