Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Sacramento, CA is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to provide work apparel solutions to businesses. You will prospect, qualify leads, demonstrate products, negotiate, and close new business using our CRM, with weekly and quarterly targets and a comprehensive training program.

This B2B role offers a base salary plus unlimited commission, a monthly car allowance, and ongoing recognition.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Prior sales experience (1+ year) preferred, especially B2B sales.
• Experience with new business development and prospecting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, close new business, and meet weekly sales goals.
• Demonstrate products, negotiate, and handle objections to close deals.
