Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base in the Renton, WA area. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new business using CRM, product demonstrations, and a structured training program.

Competitive base salary plus commission and a monthly car allowance support your performance. You will participate in hands-on training, earn certifications, and be recognized for achievements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS).
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and hit weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Engage customers with solutions to facility services needs and participate in training and certification programs.
