Job summary

Paycom is seeking an Outside Sales team member to establish and maintain professional relationships with current and prospective customers. You will generate leads and support the internal bid team to close opportunities meeting leadership guidelines.

You will represent the company’s products, manage territory accounts, and collaborate with marketing and accounting to ensure cash collection and dispute resolution. Local travel and occasional overnight travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field.
• At least 3+ years’ experience in the Access Security field.
• Ability to travel locally during the business day and travel out-of-area overnight.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand security needs.
• Represent Paycom's full line of products and services to customers.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads within assigned territory.
• Assist with marketing programs and provide input on marketing/sales case studies.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure proper cash collection and resolve disputes.
• Stay current with industry trends in security and access control.
• Promote safety and compliance across locations.
• Travel locally and occasional overnight travel as required.
