The ALL-GAS Company is seeking an Outside Sales – Plumbing and Propane Specialist to promote and sell our plumbing and propane installations, service, and propane delivery across Connecticut. You will build relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with our service team.

Requirements include strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Description: As an Outside Sales – Plumbing and Propane Specialist at The ALL-GAS Company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our plumbing and propane installations, service, and propane delivery within Connecticut. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and targeting potential customers.
• Working closely with service technicians to generate accurate sales quotes.
• Building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
• Achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous HVAC, plumbing and/or propane experience is preferred.
