The ALL-GAS Company in Hartford, CT is seeking an Outside Sales – Plumbing and Propane Specialist. You will drive growth by promoting our plumbing and propane installations, service, and delivery throughout Connecticut, building lasting customer relationships and delivering quotes with service teams.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and negotiation skills, are self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.

Job Description: As an Outside Sales – Plumbing and Propane Specialist at The ALL-GAS Company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our plumbing and propane installations, service, and propane delivery within Connecticut. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and targeting potential customers.
• Working closely with service technicians to generate accurate sales quotes.
• Building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
• Achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous HVAC, plumbing and/or propane experience is preferred.
