Riverhead Building Supply Corp in North Kingstown, RI is seeking an Outside Sales Masonry/Hardscapes professional to build and grow our customer base. You will travel the assigned territory, demonstrate product knowledge, quote prices, and prepare sales contracts while delivering exceptional service.

• Generate sales for new and existing customers and travel within the territory.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, quote prices, and prepare sales contracts.
• Estimate delivery dates, prepare reports, and enter information into CRM.
• Track stock levels, resolve customer problems, and attend trade shows as required.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales team and leverage transferable skills.

Outside Sales Masonry/Hardscapes

Job Description

Responsibilities include generating sales for new and existing customers, traveling throughout assigned territory, able to demonstrate product knowledge and using hands on resources, quote prices and credit terms, prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, estimate delivery dates for customers, prepare reports of business transactions, enter pertinent information into CRM based on customer interaction, track stock level, investigate and resolves customer problem, and attend trade shows as required. Must be willing to work with peer Outside Sales Members as needed. We are willing to train exceptional candidates with transferable skills.

Must demonstrate a positive, professional and courteous demeanor that represents the company professionally.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent or 3-5 years of related work experience / training.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Working knowledge of database software.


• Masonry and Hardscapes experience preferred.


• Experience reading architectural plans for takeoffs preferred.
