This position has a standard 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday schedule. We offer base pay and commission, resulting in an earning potential of $1,000+ per week for high achievers! We also provide terrific benefits like:

As an Outside Sales Manager, you implement effective business growth strategies and mentor your team of door-to-door agents to help them achieve success. You're responsible for optimizing our field efforts, managing team performance, and attracting more solar and roofing jobs. By providing valuable guidance, impactful feedback, and thorough performance reviews, you inspire your team to generate more leads and meet their goals.
You're accountable for your team's performance, and you regularly track and report metrics to measure success. As leads come in, you qualify the prospects and assign them to the appropriate team for their needs. You engage with clients throughout the sales process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing great customer service. Attentively, you foster relationships with prospects and close sales deals. You also help strengthen your team by developing effective training materials and sales scripts.
